Biography:	I'm still married to Daniel Dennett, and following him around the world while he gives talks on evolution, religion, consciousness, artificial intelligence, animal minds, and more. In a few days we are off to Beirut for 12 weeks. Dan will be teaching a condensed seminar on evolution at the American University of Beirut, where his father taught in the 1930s, and where his mother taught at the American Community School. It is now his turn. It’s an exciting time to be there. I bring colored pencils and a sketch pad wherever we go, so I’m looking forward to catching some scenes in the Middle East. We will have to travel to another country after 30 days to then come back and renew our visas. We might actually go to Egypt, perhaps Syria, and perhaps even Cyprus.
Family:	We now have 2 more grandchildren, Abigail, age 2 and Samuel age 4. They are close enough for us to drive up for a few hours, dinner and then back home. The first grandson is now 20. Our daughter and son-in-law are handling the family with wisdom and grace. Our son will be getting married in September in Colorado to his fiancé of 6 years. Yipee.

Achievements:	In North Andover I've worked on the Master Plan, the Open Space Plan and most recently the Community Preservation Act, which has gotten North Andover matching state funds for open space and historical preservation, and affordable housing. Gee, I've almost become a "little old lady in tennis shoes" that we used to laugh at.
