After graduating from Centenary College, I was employed at the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital in Boston. Later, accompanied by two college friends, I ventured to Honolulu, Hawaii where I continued to work in the medical field at the Straub Clinic in Honolulu for two wonderful years. Married Pierre Boulanger in 1965; have two children, a daughter Danielle born in 1967 and a son John, born in 1970; two grandchildren ages 2 and 7. After raising our children, I completed a course in Pastoral Care of the Sick and Elderly at Merrimack College and spent almost 10 years in this very rewarding and fulfilling field. My husband retired after 30 years from Sears Roebuck & Co. in Senior Management. Seven years ago we relocated from North Andover, MA to our summer home in Kennebunkport, Maine and have become involved in the town; member of the Board of Directors of the Kennebunkport Public Health and Nurses Council; Board of Seacoast Garden club and remain active assisting in fund raising events for the Kennebunkport Historical Society. We continue to enjoy the relaxed and uncomplicated lifestyle that the Town of Kennebunkport affords us.
