Ross and I have 2 daughters, Megan and Katelyn. We had a wonderful outdoor wedding last October for Kate. Megan had been in Washington DC working for the Nature Conservancy but has recently returned to VT and is workin for our company, Exemplars. Kate married Jake Colie and has one of those hyphenated last names! She lives in Portland OR and has just finished her MA in Planning. We are in love with the NW. Too bad it is so far away.
I went to Boston University and got a degree in Biology. A zillion courses later and I'm now a history teacher at Mt. Mansfield Union HS and still loving it.
Mrs. Brewer is in Rm 308 and teaches W. Civ, Honors History,World Affairs and AP World History. Anybody remember Ms. Frank? I think she seriously affected me:-)
Ross and I own a company...www.exemplars.com and do educational assessment all over the country and overseas. I went to China on a Fulbright Fellowship a few years back, have been Department chairperson and will be in Thailand this summer for 3 weeks on a grant. Meg and Kate will come visit. Ross and I have a trip to India (where we lived for 4 years) planned for '04.
Retire? Who me? Not just yet. Looking at the pictures and just reading names brings back so many images of WHS. Boy, were we different from today's kids. Thank heavens my own only wanted to be hippies...that I could identify with! We have a big old house up here in the country...great x-c skiing and close to Stowe. If anyone is in the area they should just call. As my folks moved to the Cape in the 80s I seldom get back to Wellesley. My sister and I generally go shopping and for a great sub. Our business works with the elementary and Jr. High in Wellesley and I always get a touch of nostalgia when the order comes in. Our class certainly has spread itself out over the country..or the world. Call, visit, whateva'
