Retired. Professional careers in broadcasting, development, marketing and public relations in for profit and non profit sectors in Chicago market.
Key achievements:(1) raising two intelligent, caring, humane, loving daughters who are making differences in their communities, are wonderful wives, mothers, daughters and sisters. (2) being able to do meaningful work (professional and volunteer) in the community. (3)to have been cited for professional excellence by those I respect. (4) to have been able to live a full life (both emotionally and experientially) and to be open to future adventures and possibilities.
Although I went away to boarding school my last two years of high school, my ties to Wellesley and to some of my classmates have been strong throughout my entire adult life. Happily, Marcia Sullivan Stewart and I have been able to share our whole life experiences through letters, phone calls and periodic visits here and there. Both of us still feel the untimely loss of Diana Taylor Butler (died January 20,1995) with whom we had periodic reunions in Wellesley. Diana was one of the most special people I have ever known, and surely one of the best friends of my lifetime.
